MOVO GLOBAL · BETA PRIVACY

Your data.
Your account.

Updated 3 October 2026. This notice describes the Movo Global beta operated by Bit Precision Pty Ltd.

What we use

When account sign-in is enabled, we use your email to deliver one-time sign-in links and codes and identify your account. You can save a name, home country, appearance and balance-fallback preference. These settings are used to operate your account, not to advertise to you.

Where it is stored

Sites and its Cloudflare D1 database host Movo’s sign-in service, account API and profile settings. Our email delivery provider sends your one-time sign-in links and codes. Authentication sessions are stored securely on your device. Service providers may process network and security logs to run and protect these services. Data may be processed outside Australia.

Location and demo purchases

If you choose the location suggestion, Movo asks for location access to suggest your current country. The app uses the location on your device; Movo’s account API does not receive your coordinates. You can choose a destination manually. Demo purchases and usage are stored on the device. No payment details or real eSIM activation data are collected by this beta.

Your choices

Update your profile or sign out in Account. To delete your Movo account, choose Delete account and confirm. Your sign-in sessions, email address and profile information are removed. We retain a minimal account-ID deletion marker to stop old sessions recreating the profile. Infrastructure backups and security logs follow the providers’ retention schedules.

Feedback

You can contact the beta team through TestFlight’s Send Beta Feedback. Apple handles TestFlight participation, feedback and diagnostics under its own privacy terms. Do not include credentials or private account links in feedback.

Movo does not include advertising or tracking SDKs. This notice will be updated before live purchases or mobile service are introduced.
